Next Friday, 13th January, 2017

Today’s poem, ‘The Observers’ Book of British Birds’,  is the last of the ‘Poems about places’ which began on 28 October with ‘Lancaut’.

On Friday, 13 January, we begin the next group of poems.  This will be ‘Men and Women’, and the first is ‘The Man from Samaria’.   

Johnson and Boswell are now nearing the end of their story.  It will finish on the last Friday of this month, the 27^th.
