The poem today is ‘The Lost Friend’.   Yesterday I read an article in my local paper about a young man of 29 who has suffered depression and anxiety for the last eight years. Last week he posted a video of his story on his phone and since then 8000 people have watched it.  Some time ago I wrote this poem about someone in a similar situation.  Having read the article, I decided to post the poem today.
